Room 28 - The Carroll Villa Suite

This is our only suite which can accommodate 3 adults or family of 4. It is located in the corner of the third floor of the Annex. It consists of a large room with a queen bed with a three bay alcove windows looking towards the ocean & an additional room with a window that is overlooking historic Jackson Street. Main room features a 26" LCD TV, A/C, refrigerator, a "Sony" iPod Friendly Clock / CD /FM Radio, hair dryer, & iron with ironing board. Second room has a pull-out sofa bed as well as a reclining chair, & its own LCD TV. Suite has a Room has private bath with shower stall. Full breakfast (value of $15 per person) is included as part of your stay through Jan 1st excluding Thanksgiving & Christmas Day. As "Thank You" for staying with us we offer a 30% off dinner bill (with purchase of 1 entree per adult, excluding alcohol) as well as Happy Hour between 4 & 6 PM when Mad Batter is open for dinner.
