Byrne Plaza is a beautiful outdoor event complex that has been built in Downtown Wildwood that held official grand opening celebrations early this summer. This place was built to bring people together and offer locals and visitors a place to gather and enjoy events, food, entertainment and more.
Byrne Plaza Highlights
The Downtown Wildwood Marketplace – will be held from 5:00pm until 9:00pm on July 26th, August 9th and August 23rd. Find a variety of items and enjoy a nice place to peruse on a summer evening.
The Farmers Market – happening every Saturday from 8:00am until 12:30pm through Labor Day. For those that love all things local and fresh, this market is for you! Pick up vegetables, fruits, flowers, wine, oils and vinegars, cakes, breads, and pies. You can also find handmade soaps, jewelry, signs, and more. Snack on a bag of fresh kettle corn and a cold drink while you shop!
Free Family Movie Nights – every Tuesday night throughout the summer until August 21st. It starts as soon as it gets dark at about 8:15pm and all you need to do is bring your beach chair or a blanket and enjoy a movie under the stars!
Music in the Plaza – live music Thursdays and Saturdays from 7:30pm-9pm. Relax under the sun to fantastic local artists such as Bittersweet Duo, Bill Caterini & Alicia Caprioni, South Philadelphia String Band, and Roundhouse Band.
